Eligibility

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not share harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Respect others and comply with the app's community guidelines.

Subscription Plans

• Weekly Plan: $2.99/week
• Monthly Plan: $7.99/month
• 6-Month Plan: $39.99/6 months (Save 16%)
• Annual Plan: $59.99/year (Save 37%)

Auto-Renewal Terms

• All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat's secure payment system
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device's account settings

Billing and Cancellation

• Payment will be charged to your App Store/Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store/Google Play account settings
• No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period

All subscription tiers include access to:

• Priority support
• Regular content updates

Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you create, including goals and achievements.

License to Hive Forces

• By sharing content, you grant Hive Forces the right to display it within the app.

Data Usage

• Analytics data to improve app performance
• User-provided content and preferences
• Subscription and transaction information

Your Privacy Rights

• Right to know what personal information is collected
• Right to delete your personal information
• Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

Promotional Use Only

These Redeem Codes are provided solely for promotional use and do not have any cash value. Redeem Codes are not transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise distributed for compensation without our explicit consent.

Eligibility & Validity

• Redeem Codes must be used before their stated expiration date (if any).
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any Redeem Code, including for suspected fraud or misuse.
• Each Redeem Code may have unique eligibility requirements (e.g., first-time users only, region limitations).

Free Access Period

When redeemed, these codes grant free, time-limited access to premium features. No purchase or payment outside the app is required to obtain or use a Redeem Code.

No Replacement

We are not responsible if a Redeem Code is lost, stolen, or used without permission. Once a code is redeemed to an account, it cannot be transferred to another account.

No Waiver of Subscription Fees

Redeem Codes only apply to the free trial or promotional period and do not waive any future subscription fees. Once the code's promotional period expires, standard subscription fees (if any) may apply, and you can choose whether to subscribe through the in-app purchase flow.

Compliance with App Store Guidelines

We offer these Redeem Codes in compliance with App Store guidelines. These codes do not circumvent Apple's in-app purchases for paid subscriptions; rather, they provide free promotional access. For paid subscriptions, users should upgrade via in-app purchase.
